The story “Safe enough” is a story

The story “Safe enough” is a story about; a guy named Wolfe who went the road of an electrician
and then out to work. Later on in the story Wolfe sees Mary Lovell and her husband in a verbal
fight. Wolfe has been having feelings towards Mary Lovell for some time, so logically he would
sympathize with Mary Lovell, without even knowing the husband side of the story. Wolfe quickly
got a picture of her husband as an asshole, and his bad feelings towards him only grew worse
when he saw him slap Mary. Wolfe didn’t intervene, because it’d be a little awkward for him to
talk to her for the first time while she’s in a fight. Even so Wolfe could at the very least tell from
the scene that Mary Lovell wasn’t happy with her husband, and so he killed him, and lived with
Mary Lovell until he got tired of her and accused her for the murder of her husband.
